Structured data

For over 45 years, IRI software has been processing „Big Data.“ IRI has used this term since 2004 to describe its clients' extensive input sources.
IRI software can structure sequential data Mainframe– and others Flat File–Formats, Database tables and Web protocol as many others Data sources process native connectors to streams like Kafka or MQTT, cloud silos like Amazon S3 and Azure, NoSQL databases like MongoDB and DynamoDB, and network protocols like HTTP/S and S/FTP.
Most unstructured company and open data exist in these forms, and IRI software works with them in many ways beyond simple metadata, which is embedded in Eclipse supported:
extracts Very Large Database (VLDB) tables in flat files or pipes |
sorts, connects, aggregates, and transformed data from multiple sources and creates multiple destinations (including custom Reportsall at once |
converts and replicates data types, file formats, and database table structures for platform and application migration, data federation, etc., and structures unstructured data |
Field-level encryption of data in files and tables, with many other protection features mask |
generates large Test data in structurally and referentially correct RDB tables, flat files, and formatted report targets |
supports all of the above aspects and discovers, integrates, migrates, manages, analyzes, and maintains file and DB data throughout their entire lifecycle |
Structured data is an important part of modern data processing and data analysis. This form of data is arranged in clear patterns and formats, making it – in contrast to unstructured data like images and texts – possible to store information in an organized and efficient way, and to access it in a targeted manner. An example of structured data are relational SQL databases, which consist of tables with rows and columns. These can be easily filtered for information retrieval. The structuring of data also enables interaction with machines, where APIs (Application Programming Interfaces or interfaces) exchange structured data and communicate with each other. Search engines like Google also use structured data to provide relevant search results.
