Master Data Management

Master Data Management, Taxation, and Benefits

The IRI software supports the identification, matching, standardization, and protection of master customer and product information across various data sources away.

IRI's MDM capabilities are domain-independent and can therefore also cover master data for services, equipment, suppliers, finance, geographic and other attributes/details, and multiple industries. The definition of master data values and formats lies at the user's discretion.

Users of IRI Software in the IRI Workbench IDE, especially the data management platform IRI Voracity, can

· Search, Extract, Profile, and Classify from data in multiple sources to expose potential master data elements.

· Identify, Unify, and Distribute Master Data from blurred redundant values (consolidation style)

· Create new master data values and formats and pretend (for each MDM style)

Selection and standardization of master data from transaction data

Store master data in tables or set files (and use in lookups)

Extract, Transform, Load, Virtualize, and Report Master Data

Clean and protect master data

Save and reuse master data

Application of (saved) transformation and protection rules to master data

Analysis and audit of master data usage in production

· Team-Share, Version Control, and Lineage Track Master Data in distributed repositories

IRI Workbench users can also leverage search functions within Eclipse for semantic discovery and matching to address, index, centrally store, and retrieve master data from both database and flat file sources.

The novel application of EGitIRI's MDM repositories not only enable and enforce master data centralization and consistency but also support the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) lifecycle of master data.
